Would you like to ship products to another person? You can do that - just click on My Account above and login with your email address and password, then select the items you want to ship. As you check out, click on the Change Billing/Shipping Information button and change the Shipping Info to that of the other person. We'll bill you and ship to them!

You can only enter one shipping address per order - but you can do as many orders as you want and each time, you only have to select products, enter the new shipping address and your credit card information. All the other information about you is already saved and all the orders will be in your order history.

Minimize your shipping costs by maximizing your order. We have three sizes of shipping boxes* and each box has an approximate maximum weight.

*We no longer use Styrofoam coolers for shipping. Instead we use a cardboard outerbox with an insulated liner which can be easly broken down for recycling.

UPS and shipping boxes shipping costs:

ups small : Up to 2 lbs. $13.95
ups medium: Up to 4 lbs. $15.95
ups medium large: Up to 8 lbs. $19.95
ups large: Up to 15 lbs. $22.95
ups extra large: Up to 35 lbs. $35.95

The shipping cost will be for ground shipping by UPS. During the winter months, November-March ground track UPS is an acceptable method of shipment. If you would like your package shipped faster, that can be arranged by calling me at 1-507-245-3117.

To ensure the highest quality product, during the months of April-October, we recommend next day air delivery, to the states that shipping time is longer than 2 days (see list of states below). An additional charge will be added for next day air delivery on these orders. Please call with any questions: 1-507-245-3117.

Cooler returns: You can return the cooler to me and receive a carton charge credit on your next order.

Orders are shipped Monday or Tuesday of each week in a recycable cardboard outerbox with an insulated liner. Orders should arrive by Friday of the week shipped, to most locations within the continental United States. If you live in the following states your shipment will arrive to you in 1-2 days by ground track UPS: MN, WI, IA, ND, SD, NE, KS, MO, IL, MI, IN, OH, KY. If you live in the following states your shipment will arrive in 3 days by ground track UPS. MO, WY, CO, OK, Northern Texas, AR, LA, MS, AL, TN, GA, SC, NC, VA, WV, MD, western PA, outstate NY. If you live in any of the other states, your shipping will take 4 days. Please call for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
